Ibrahima Toure brings the combination of his “boots on the ground” experience and his strategic and leadership acumen to his role of Chief Development Officer at RATPDev. He started in the industry nearly two decades ago in Denver, Colorado while he was in college. He took that experience and translated it into nearly two decades of progressive career advancement within the industry. Some of the roles include Bus Driver, Safety Manager, General Manager, Business Development VP, Regional VP.
Over the years, Ibrahima has been known in the industry for his impressive work ethic, positive business results, and strong client relationships.
Among his many certifications and accomplishments, Ibrahima holds a Master of Science degree in Business Administration from Denver’s Regis University and a Bachelor of Science in Computer Networking. He is an active APTA leadership committee member, along with an APTA leadership program graduate, a former Mass Transit top 40 under 40 award recipient, and is certified as both a Project Manager and a Community Transit Manager.
