RATP DEV USA APPOINTS CYRIL AUBIN AS CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER AND MATT BOOTERBAUGH AS DEPUTY CEO
(September 1, 2022) - RATP Dev USA, the North American subsidiary of the global transportation provider, announces the appointment of Cyril Aubin, former Managing Director of Hong Kong Tramways, as the Chief Executive Officer of RATP Dev USA and Matt Booterbaugh as Deputy CEO.

Cyril is a seasoned RATP Group executive with over 20 years of experience in the transit industry. He joins the US from Hong Kong where he served as Managing Director of Hong Kong Tramways, a popular heritage system used by more than 55 million annual customers. Under Cyril’s strategic leadership, several fundamental works and cultural changes were initiated to sustain the Hong Kong icon including, asset modernization, business diversification and brand development, supply chain optimization, digitalization, partnerships, and others.
In addition to Cyril becoming CEO, Matt Booterbaugh, who joined RATP Dev USA in December of 2017 as SVP of Operations and Innovation and took over as Chief Development Officer in April of 2020, has been appointed as Deputy CEO. This newly created role will ensure that everything impacting clients – from operations to customer relations to maintenance – is grouped together under one leader. This strategic approach places RATP Dev USA at the forefront of delivering customized transit solutions backed by the successful legacy of RATP Group and the expertise developed throughout its United States operations.
“I’m looking forward to my new role as Deputy CEO and continuing to ensure the company’s advancement, growth, and continuous improvement,” said Booterbaugh. “It’s my goal to set the standards of the industry when it comes to safety and security and I look forward to continuing to develop and execute industry leading day-to-day best practices as Deputy CEO,” he added.
Cyril and Matt will operate from RATP Dev USA’s corporate headquarters in Fort Worth, Texas.
