Solution
Because on time performance had been such a big issue, RATP Dev USA has implemented an On-Time Performance challenge. We have created a control center - as one would expect in much larger operations - to maintain OTP for both our fixed route and university services. In the course of a year, we have raised OTP over 30 percentage points and will reach the goal of 85% OTP by the end of 2022.
