Three days of meetings and discussion
The European Mobility Exhibition, which is held every two years by the Objectif Transport Public EIG* - will open in Paris on June 12th for three days of meetings and conferences about the transport world. RATP Dev is participating alongside RATP Group in this must-see international event.
The exhibition brings together professionals in urban, inter-urban and regional transport from over 66 countries. Decision-makers, elected representatives, operators and suppliers will be sharing their projects and innovations in vehicles, equipment and services and will be discussing policy directions for the industry’s future. This year’s guest of honor will be the Los Angeles network.
RATP Dev in the running for two awards
As in previous exhibitions, we will be present at the RATP Group stand to present some of our innovative solutions. We are proud that Tickizz**, our smartphone ticketing solution presented at the 26th Rencontres Nationales du Transport Public in Marseille last October, has been nominated for the public transport Innovation Trophies in the operating systems – ticketing category. The winner will be announced on June 12th.
We will also be supporting L’VA driver Maher Bounaouara, who will be representing our Vienne, France subsidiary at the finals of the Bus d’Or competition held on Wednesday, June 13th.

It includes the Groupement des Autorités Responsables de Transport (GART) and the Union des Transports Publics et ferroviaires (UTP)
**Tickizz is a smartphone-based ticketing solution used for instant purchasing and validation of a dematerialized ticket. The app has been installed since September 2017 on the Annemasse transport network and is currently being rolled out from January 2018 onwards on the networks in Vannes, La Roche-sur-Yon, Epernay, Valenciennes, Bourges and Charleville-Mézières.
