- Assisted client with development and implementation of the Federal Transit Administration’s (FTA) mandated Public Transportation Agency Safety Plan (PTASP) regulation
- Implemented new technology applications for real-time GPS based train arrival and departure information and an enterprise asset management system to track vehicle and infrastructure periodic maintenance and parts inventory
