Proposed an alternative staffing, and organization chart, as well as the funding costs associated with this proposed recommendation. The CTDOT approved the organization chart and the budget 1/24
I enjoy having responsibility for a statewide transit agency operating multiple divisions. I also have the opportunity to implement a change management process improvement for the agency, and developing future leaders for the transportation industry. We are also undertaking an autonomous bus project that will be the first of its kind in the nation, using a full-sized transit bus on a protected guideway.
