"Camy", the Mantes-en-Yvelines federation of communities northwest of Paris, was one of the first municipal joint structures in the region. It is made up of 35 municipalities with a population of 115,000. Since January 1, 2016, it has fallen under the umbrella of the even larger Grand Paris Seine et Oise urban community (73 municipalities with 405,000 inhabitants).

Magny-en-Vexin is a small municipality nestled in a far north-west corner of the department of Val-d'Oise, on the very edge of greater Paris area. The community is home to 5,500 inhabitants from four villages spread across 14 square kilometers, making it the department's tenth most extensive municipality.

Vierzon is located in the Centre-Val de Loire region of France, an hour and twenty-five minutes from Paris by train and two hours by car. Its 28,000 inhabitants count on the transit system, Le Vib', wich is relatively dense for a town this size. With six regular routes and an on-demand transit service, Créavib’, its timetables are aligned with the French rail SNCF and the department’s subsidised coaches.

Cergy Pontoise is a federation of 13 municipalities to the west of Paris, on the way to Rouen and the port of Le Havre,. At roughly 30 square miles, it is about the same size as Paris proper. With nearly 600 stops, the conurbation has a particularly extensive bus system. Service is extensive, with 1,600 bus departures every day, seven days a week, from 4:30 am to 1:20 am on weekdays. In total, some 72,000 passengers take the 114 STIVO buses every day.

Cars Perrier, headquartered in Trappes just outside Paris, operates almost 60% of the SQYBUS bus system. As the second-largest transit provider in greater Paris after RATP, it is a boon to economic growth in the Saint-Quentin-en-Yvelines conurbation. There are 28 regular routes and 11 schoolbus lines that service 22 towns, including the conurbation itself and 10 nearby municipalities in the Yvelines department.

The conurbation or federation of communities christened "Épernay, Coteaux et Plaine de Champagne", was officially founded on January 1, 2017, federating 50 municipalities, and 50,500 inhabitants, around Épernay and Vertus.

Dunois joined RATP Dev in 2010. It has steadily grown since it was founded in 1948, to become a key social and economic player in the "Centre" region.

The Société des Transports Départementaux de la Marne was founded in 1923 and has developed expertise in all areas of passenger road transportation.

Organization of intercity transportation and schoolbusing have come under the umbrella of the Grand Est region since 1 January, 2017. With the Marne Mobilité public transit syndicate, the region wants to offer appealing, accessible alternative transportation to complement the rail connections already in place between various localities. Two RATP Dev subsidiaries were entrusted with running it: STDM operates nine bus routes, while Champagne Mobilités operates three routes.

Busval d'Oise carries some 25,000 people every day to meet their mobility needs. It serves key urban and rural areas, train stations, business parks, administrative centers, training institutions and shopping centers.

Céobus, near Cergy, provides regular intercity, schoolbus, and night-time runs as well as occasional sightseeing tours.
